 Gear Up Aircraft Rental, LLC. collects customer information for the purposes of verifying identity, citizenship status, pilot licensure and medical clearance, per Federal requirements. Other types of information that are collected are used for purposes of contacting the customer, their emergency contacts (if necessary), collecting payment on account balances, and other applicable purposes pertaining to the customers' rental of aircraft and/or flight instruction services. Customer information is only shared with persons employed, or contracted by, Gear Up Aircraft Rental, LLC. for the purposes stated above, and only on a need-to-know basis. We do not share, sell, or otherwise distribute customer information!
