Return and Refund Policy

Account Refunds - Please refer to the Payment Information section of the Aircraft Rental Agreement (Section XII, subsection D) for more information. Pilot Shop Merchandise - Returns and refunds will be accepted on unopened and unused merchandise within 10 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
